These guys just do not get it. They keep sticking to their self-righteousness. They may not have liked what happened but the people understand that it was a practical thing to do. SH#s, the PNC is the leading opposition party spoken about here. The AFC party is now making inroads because the wool is finally being removed from the peoples eyes one day,one voter at a time,they now see that the AFC is the way to go. Simple!

Ex-PPP and ex_PNC members cannot make a viable alternative. The have no backbone, no substance to move forward. They are always vague about the things they say.

When someone has the backbone to say they have made a mistake and would like to move forward, I respect them, they have vision.

Yes people agree the PPP is bad. People dont see the PNC as better and they think the notion of an AFC victory is as likely as a blizzrd in Guyana.

This election is viewed as a set of unprepared (Granger and Ramotar) and fantasy folks trying to be part of the party (AFC).

The AFC might well do worse this time. When you try and ask teh AFC what are their REAL prospects you never get straight answers. What you get is tied to the belief that because the people incraesingly dont like the PPP or the PNC that means that they must likeAFC.

Is that what you got from the above? Does the above not point to a failing of the change agents or rather a disinterest in the people to the corruption in the society?

What else would another do if not advise the people on the reprobate nature of the government and suggest through corrective strategies that there can be better than the indifferent retreat to the usual? If the people like conditioned sheep move sheetlike to the the same cues, what do you do is not hammer the same message in as many ways as one can incessantly on their heads about the need for good sense in their choices and hope that some cathartic moment will occur and then peripeteia.

There is no other way short of self immolation in protest as some Buddhist monks are wont to do? I suggest you leverage your contempt on the amoral crooks rather than on the ones advising on need for change. However badly the may frame these messages ( if that is your complaint), it will eternally be better than the contempt for law and the open theft that is the general habit of the existing administration.

You just have to laugh at these people. They are so shameless. On the one hand they discount these cables as gossip - as the Gail Texeira and none other than the President did - and here you have paid agents like SJ4321 preaching selected cables as gospel. Talk about disorganised...
