As a good gesture, I am asking my Indo friends and colleagues on GNI to embrace their Afro brothers and sisters in solidarity of a united Guyana. I believe if you don't give peace a chance, you wouldn't know the result.

The two major races plays a vital role in politics for decades, and it still does in this day and age. We really done hate each other because we look different. We were taught to believe in hate and segregation. Sometime we are so blinded by politics that we failed to realize that we're being used to fight against each other. We can make a difference if we give peace a chance.

Please note that this is a time sensitive thread that will expire at 12:00 mid night tonight. After that there will be no more group hug by my request.

I personally want to reach out to my Afro folks, Caribny, Mr. T, Antabanta, Freaky, Sheik101 and Kari. I can't figure out who else are Afro-Guyanese on GNI. I don't know where Sahitan fits in.

Sincerely,

Cobra

But you excluded the N I gger Indians from this group hug?

Can you picture big black Carib showing up at Cobra's house to give him a hug? that would be hilarious!
