Former AFC supporters join PPP colleagues in picket action at APNU-AFC New York fundraiser

A number of persons who previously supported the AFC and felt betrayed by the party’s merger with the PNC/APNU together with supporters of the PPP staged a picketing exercise outside the venue where the APNU-AFC held its New York fundraiser over the weekend.

The very vociferous group held placards which called on APNU leader David Granger to appear before the Walter Rodney Commission of Inquiry while several others spoke to Moses Nagamootoo and the AFC’s betrayal.

The coward which was peaceful was subjected to verbal abuse by the Daughter of Moses Nagamootoo and some APNU supporters but that did not deter them.

Many folks that went there were disappointed because during the question and answering period the moderator only allowed questions written and submitted for screening. Eventually, they only answer friendly soft ball questions…..most of the attendees were deem hostile ……they even call the police to remove a section of people that were vocal…some folks eat fried rice and left..

Most of the attendees were PPP supporters who went to listen in and report the happenings.
