Steve Surugbally appears to be incoherent and rambling all over the place.

While indeed the issues need to be absolutely correct for each section, preliminary results should be available as ballot boxes are verified during the process.

It is a well known item that indeed the official results are provided solely by the Commission.

Perhaps, efforts should be in place to remove Steve Surugbally and other members of the Commission.
