Gill,

Few days ago i was discussing the article with the adult kids,i used to warn them about FB.

They have agreed and claimed they are spending less time on FB,i also don't spend much time except for the Political pages about Guyana.

As you know, I deactivated my FB account 6 months ago. I miss a shot of white rum more than I miss FB.

Gil,

I recently deleted mine too. I hardly used it and decided to shut it down.

This could be an Anger Management Center, given the amount of mental breakdowns that I have witnessed.  Amral should update the name.

I see you visited my FB account.

Don't get delusional now.  I have no interest in your or anyone else's FB page.  I had one person here on my FB, and hit the unfriend button as soon as I detected the glaring signs of mental illness and dysfunctionality.

Where Guyanese are concerned, I disagree with the findings of health risk. Guyanese having a ball showing off their new wife/husband, new cars, new shalwar for Sunday Mandir, and all their vacation spots. Oh, don't forget that Facebook is a therapy for Guyanese Pusser-pusser.

On a serious note, I am never affected negatively by using Facebook. It allows me to bond with family and friends I haven't seen in ages.

But, I can still see the green sweater over the blue dress  with the matching hand bag after following the alert from FB.

Trust me, your mind will be lighter and freer without FB.
