Burnham was smart enough to put policies in place for such a predicament as we have here ... a minority gov't.

There is executive privilege written into the Guyana constitution. We must make sure these powers are not abused by the president when he doesn't get his way in parliament.

In fact the first order of the day should be to "nicey" up the constitution.
