I am curious. I find that I can hear phone conversations better with my left ear than if I had the phone to my right ear.
And no I don't think I am suffering from any hearing loss

Up to six months ago I thought my eyesight was great until I was told I needed glasses. I realized after wearing them I can read the number plate on the vehicle ahead of me. At dinner time I always thought there was only one large item on the plate now I can see where the peas meet with the potatoes etc.
Same with the ears...have em checked then say they work fine.
I hear better with my right when on the phone, the left is a tad weaker...probably from the ole rock and roll days.

I remember you having that eye injury not so long ago. Glad that is behind you.
The one eye is still messed up 50% vision but other stuff workin good. I even farted earlier outside the mall and my buddy said "heyyy it still works"
Amral.....you funnee bai.
well....I actually hear with my right ear better than my left, but that is because years ago I had inner-ear problems which caused some damage and I lost 20% hearing in my left ear!
So when hubby talks to me I make sure he is on my left side......so I can always claim I didn't hear him because he was talking to my left ear!!!
I lost some hearing on my left ear...my right seems to work fine

Does come with age or Cain said "wax"
Just go and get your ears tested I do mine every year and there is always a difference between left and right. go and get it checked.
I did not read the article:
http://www.hear-it.org/Your-ears-differ-
Your right ear is better than your left ear at receiving sounds from speech, whereas your left ear is more sensitive to sounds of music and song, according to American researchers behind a study of the hearing in 3,000 newborns.
It has long been known that the right and left halves of the brain register sounds differently because of differences in the brain cells in each side. But the results from the study indicate that the ears play a much more important part than previously believed.
"We always assumed that our left and right ears worked exactly the same way. As a result, we tended to think it didn't matter which ear was impaired in a person. Now we see that it may have profound implications for the individual's speech and language development," said the leader of the study, Yvonne Sininger of University of California at Los Angeles.
The scientists inserted tiny probes into the babies' ears that emitted two different types of sounds and measured the amplified vibrations.

Thanks IGH
You are welcome, Amral.
One thing though, have your doctor check for built up ear-wax. One of my buddies at work has to have the doctor clear wax out of his ears twice per year.
