Mr.Ramnarine seems like a questionable character......it appears to be more abt him that meets the  eye

Mr. David Ramnarine’s outburst is cleverly orchestrated as a distraction to his benefit, knowing he is the subject of an investigation for demanding a total of $13 million from two businessmen while he served the interior area, E and F Division.

A closer examination of the Ramnarine character may reveal he's not a Sunday School Boy....

If Ramotar is serious about fighting corruption, he should call for a full audit of $90M and step in and fire both the Minister of Home Affairs and the Commissioner of Police for breaking the law and have the AG  prosecuting. They cannot legally put the money into the Welfare Fund. The cheque that Rohee posted is evidence that can be used against both of them; the protocol is payments of such nature is normally done via a Bank of Guyana cheque drawn on the police account and not the Welfare Fund. 

Mr.Ramnarine should be investigated.....

Clever  subterfuge indeed!  If  you  have  the  evidence of corruption,  then  post  it!.  After  20 odd  years of  service  a   couple of  houses  and  a  dredge is  not  beyond  the scope of  an and industrious and frugal individual.  

There appears to be more to Mr.Ramnarine assets than what meets the eye....
