We must move on.

It is obvious, the AFC will never coalate with the PNC faction of APNU. The AFC headed by ex-PPPites concerned about the tranish. The PPP have been screaming about the AFC relationship with APNU-which is not the PNC. However, the PPP has been more in cohoots directly with the PNC. It would appear, that the PPP do not consider the APNU but only the PNC faction in that alliance.

That is a ploy to drive the wedge in the APNU alliance.

The dilemma, Nagamootoo is a problem for a sizeable portion of the electorate. Granger, also is a problem. He is remembered as an army man under the PNC regime-associated with the abuses of rigged elections. Huhges is plain trouble for even some of the AFC supporters.

On fiances, perhaps the AFC has got the money. Reports have indicated the PNC is broke and not in the position to even raise any kinds of money. Granger knows this, that is why he is pushing for LGE. He gives the PPP full mandate and perhaps the opportunity for clean government. LGE voters list is a different kind of list than the list for national elections. GECOM will need months to prepare a LGE list.

This is an oppotunity too good to miss. Remove the PPP now. But with the current arrangement, the oppostion cannot do it.

But there is the possibility if the Oppostion chooses neutral candiadtes. For example Clarissa Reihl as President, Karen De Souza as Prime Minister. With these two candidates, the possibility exists in the formation of a national government.

I hope the APNU and AFC find the common ground by listening to neutrals in Guyanese society.

even though exploring the fringes of possibility, seignet's thought exercise is commendable

zero-sum race haters like kishanb and jalil care little for the lateness of the hour and the doom facing the people ...

score settling with PNC blackman is what matters MOST to these fools

Granger is not serious about the no-confidence motion. He is looking for a way out of it. And before parliament reconvenes. If there is going to be an early election, the AFC has to drive the agenda. For the interest of country, the AFC should consider the candidates suggested. With those candidates, the electorate has a combined future to look forward too. With that settled. The AFC then makes a national appeal for mass demonstrations that should forces Granger's hand in supporting no-confidence motion. There is no way escaping the publics participation. The Peoples Progressive Party is operating with their 1953 manuals. Bullyism.

APNU is in a tight spot though, their supporters want the NC so I don't think they have a choice.

Supporters of APNU and the AFC must give a clear voice for candidates that will attract the attentions of the entire country. Give the electorate something to think about with strong messages.

Would APNU and AFC Colate if they have to? Will they colate before a General Election? Personally, I think that they would not. Each Party wants to know what strength they command.

Having colate before the General Election, means that they would have to compete as one entity viz APNU/AFC:

The final count would be registered as APNU/AFC; it will not be a count for APNU and a count for AFC: Because of this, no one knows what they command.

Hence I do not think that there will ever be a Colation before the Election.

Can there be a colation after the Election? I am not certain of this, beacause the Party with the highest count will form the government.

But look at it this way, even if the two entites pulled in more votes and seats, but the PPP/C received more votes and seats than the APNU or AFC, then it stands to reason that they will be called to form the Government again.

Another scenario, if the three party come together and decide that they want an inclusive Government then agreed that based on the 65 Seats, that party will command that (amount of seats gained) representation.

Meaning that if the

AFC gained 11 Seats

APNU gained 26 Seats

PPP/C gained 28 Seats

Then an inclusive Government should include all three parties based on strength of the electorate:

Guess this will not happen, but still it is an idea that can lead Guyana Foward.

with an Inclusive Government.

Granja is a confused politicians who clearly does not have a plan for dealing with the PPP condignly.  Read Unclr Ralphie, he tell the truth.  PPP main opponent is the AFC say Ralphie.
