During the week two public officers of the former PPP government was charged in absentia for misconduct by SOCU.The news hit the headlines of most of the media,the opposition leader Bharat Jagdeo seems to be furious said the charges are "frivolous".[ https://guyanatimesgy.com/form...ct-in-public-office/ ]

Are the charges frivolous ? SOCU is advised by British advisor Dr.Sam Sittlington,from my little research here is what i found click on link,
