It's a fact not an opinion that black people control and dominate all the state agencies in Guyana. If you are going to Guyana, it starts at the airport at Caribbean Airlines.

The good thing is that Guyanese have a good sense of working class solidarity. I was quite surprised at the number of black people who were at the AFC meeting at Whim 2 years ago when I was there.

I liked how the sugar workers went on strike to support their black brother who was fired after he slapped the Indian alcoholic Skeldon Estate Manager (the one who urinates in the public and cusses at the lowly police). They transferred the Police who did charge him for "riotous behavior." The Police exercised his power.
Check and see who the custom agents are. Not coolies.
