Also do remember that when Jagdeo rubber stamped his pension ~~scam~~ scheme he said to Corbin and a couple of other PNC buddies "One for you and two for for me. Any objections?" There was not a single word of complaint from the PNC, but big smiles on their faces instead.
Tell me I lie that the pension ~~scam~~ agreement between the PPP and PNC never happened.

There are intercepted phonecalls that allege that Jagdeo wants to be PM just like how Putin and Medved have been swapping jobs in Russia.
If it is true, that would explain why Ramotar has not yet declared PM candidate.

None of the parties are legally obliged to declare a PM candidate. It was Dr. Jagan who started the trend with Samuel Hinds.

If Jagdeo is named PM however, it would mean that the PPP has to name a vice president, as Jagdeo is constitutionally debarred from holding the office of the presidency. That is something that would create a constitutional crisis if he attempts to get into the position via the back-door route. The named vice president would be the person to ascend if the president has to be replaced.

Such as scenario does not apply to either AFC or APNU.
