Sorry, I meant "ridicule "

Wanted to know what you meant by redivide.

Any way i don't worry with the perpetrators who ridicule. Most of their post are empty and nothing of substance. They don't have the guts to call out the politicians, for wrong doings whom they support. They are gutless blind followers, come to think of it,they have graced the halls of higher Institutions.

I have called all sorts of names on this Forum, sometimes i retaliate, sometimes i let it slide. It doesn't bother one single bone in Django.

Now that you gave permission, they were campaigning heavily for the PNC in Indo areas during the last election campaign. Should I go further ?

Why the PPP members were yelling rape in parliament? Did anyone actually get raped?

No just the usual PPP obsession about being raped by "PNC", code word for BLACKMAN.

The thing is that PPP men seem as obsessed by this as are the PPP women.  Hmmmm.......................!  Quite Freudian.

How come you are the only one who seem to be talking about it. Maybe it is your obsession bai. Freudian indeed.

Riff, why kp calling you fat bai?

Looks like KP knows Riff.

I did my day work out ,just finished  shoveling snow. A good diet is to avoid flour and rice . Indian People can't live without those things.

I have not eaten rice for months, only about 4 times this year. For breakfast I eat a half whole wheat pita. Dinner: 2 slices rye bread. Cutting carbs.

Gill, I eat small portion of brown rice, maybe twice a week, but at lunch time. I only eat rye bread, it has o sugar, I have sugar, eat a boiled egg every day, lots of salad, green plantains, breadfruit, and very little meat. I also exercise half hour every day. I still manage to keep my sugar under 6. A good thing for your arteries is ,garlic, ginger, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar ,and honey ,make a juice and take one table spoon first thing in the morning, it's also good for the heart and prevents flu.

Sugar is hidden in many foods such as simple and complex carbs.  That includes whole grain breads, brown rice, and potatoes.  The complex carbs just takes longer to break down because of the fibre, but the number of calories they deliver is no different. It can prevent sugar spikes, but ultimately your sugar will build up if you take in too much carbs. Two servings of rice breaks down to 22 spoons of sugar.  Imagine that!!

Mits how do you feel about Moses and Ramjattan being silent over this assault on democracy ?

Being silent is their Democratic right. No?

Do politicians holding power have a democratic right to remain silent on major  national issue? Unless, of course if they realize that they say or what they have to say is irrelevant?
