Got this from inside of the Bureau of Statistics. This is the numbers that the PPP is hiding. I got this early in January 2015. The Census Bureau was told they can release this data after the elections.

In 2011 the electoral roll was 475,496 voters. only 71% actually voted.

Kari I see others jumping up because of two factors - Benschop and Sharma who have said they will run independent of the 3 main parties, so this will be a 5 horse race with two ponies in the race and three stallions.

Based on the calculation Beschop and sharma should collectively cream about 6,500 votes between them equally. That is two seat.
Well two half seat. Manzoor and Rupert Roopnarine respectively went to parlaiment in the past with votes of judt under 3,400 votes each. We call then PHIRA seat.

If you looked carefully at what I wrote you would see my figures are based on actual voting voters, thus doing away with percentage of actual voters from a pool of registered voters.
