We are seeking a qualified Bookkeeper or an Administrative Assistant with accounting experience to work in a Brooklyn office.  The work schedule is Monday thru Friday 9am-5:30pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, calculate and process cash transactions
  • Record business cash receipts and make bank deposits
  • Enter data, maintain records and financial statements
  • Maintain the petty cash fund
  • Send out notices and Invoices
  • Provide necessary information to Accountant
  • Maintain an orderly filing system
  • Process Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Manage rental leases
  • Numerous administrative functions

 

Qualifications:

  • 3 plus years experience
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office
  • Great organizational skills, high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Trustworthy with high integrity level
  • College degree preferred
