Notice how he asked her for her name only after she mentioned that the woman was white. Asking her for her name at that point shows he reacting to that comment. Then he told her that he will give her two minutes to clarify if she has to give him her name and because of his impatience and obvious racism, only give her less than 10 seconds. These polices are out of control. Her rights were certainly violated. He did not cite her for loitering nor did she do anything to require her to identify herself. Damn right, her rights were violated. He better hope her child is safe because the pin murder charges on unborn children over here.

When Obama was running for the Presidency, he preached a ton about the country becoming more racially harmonized. Instead in my opinion, it has become more racist and nowadays people who in the past used to feel the need to conceal their racist views are openly expressing. Like the radio host who compared Michelle Obama to animals.

I agree. How come the white woman is not on the scene. Outside of this woman being black, what other criteria did they use to conclude that she was the road rager and not the white woman. These police are so out of control. Like how he said he give her like a minute when it was less than 10 seconds and he was actually on her in about 5 seconds.

It is a known fact that black women, in encounters with the male policemen , lose the protections that females normally get.  She was handled roughly, even after she told the cop that she was pregnant.  Had she miscarried right there, she would have had the right to sue the cop PERSONALLY.

Basically she was handled as roughly by a male cop as if she were a man, even though she didn't provoke an attack.

This was not a big dispute.  She was quite calm and only became agitated when she realized that the cop was clearly showing bias.  He didn't interview the other woman.

Now she will have an arrest record which will impact her life.  Explaining to her employer, getting a new job, getting a new home to rent, or getting a mortgage, will now be quite difficult, unless the charges are dropped.
