The communities also has to be taking steps to protect itself. The Galaxy 6 is completely traceable and the person who turns it on as well the person asking it to be turned on should be arrested.

Why are the PNC my cohorts, because you are a dick head? The drug culture grew out of the same smuggling business that was your family business. It was allowed to dominate the society by the PPP. No where in the article did it mention junkies, a global ill.  What you should concentrate on is holding the PNC to task on their campaign promises. Why is it that when a Black is killed or robbed, the police immediately solve the crime but relegate Indian victims to the unsolved files?

They can sit all day on their asses and if you question them, they will simply arrest you and throw you in the lockups. It's a police and army state. It's called dictatorship. Get used to it. Definitely not. The DEA is on the ground, there is help coming from Britain and the EU to train the police and a money launder enforcement team is being funded. The good news here it is being removed from the office of the Presidency to an arm of the justice enforcement ranks and outside of politics. We have greater interest in enforcement in trafficking in persons and steps are on queue to bring deadfathers to accountability among other little things that accrue to big changes. Yes we need roving police cars, a robust 911 systems, more cameras strident control on cops for over use of their authority and a faster movement in the justice system. The PPP drove that wait time to as long as 8 years. Hopefully we will get some changes we can see.
