That's because the AFC is taking over the PNC slowly but surely. Raffa did a good job leaving the PNC. Afro Guyanese were looking for the change, but there are many setbacks and the AFC will need to work harder and in a sincere way.... not what they have been doing...POWER at any cost, but they did not go to the people all the past 5 years!

The APNU is trying to shed its PNC skin. Can't blame them.

Does this mean that PPP/C can take the credit for single-handedly showing Guyanese what the PNC is all about? APNU and AFC in the making?

This is the political analysis of the scheme of things within the machineries of the APNU and AFC (aka PNC).

These folks here do not know what is good for them. Dont worry, the PPP/C will help them out, after all this is the party that cares about all Guyanese.

The picture above is a PNC meeting. They are one color as the PPP meeting and that is because we are clearly a divided nation. Neither the PPP or the PNC cares to admit that but that is the reality. The AFC now or in the future does not need to build on their racist legacy. It needs to acknowledge racism exists and address the symptoms. It is not because people are naturally of a despicable disposition but because their reciprocal their negative stereotypes are fostered by political cultures in the PNC and the PPP.

I have no qualms of calling them sheep until they act differently. The alternative is to take the veil off and call it what it is, expressions of naked racism practiced by our electors because they identify the parties by race and vote for kind. Calling them sheep is the lesser of two evils and further it is a metaphor for those led down the wrong part because they lack the necessary information to know a difference or simply are overcome by fear to vote as they do.

Both are sheep as the dynamics of their relationship at elections time reduces to the same set of circumstances; hostile competition driven by fear and perpetuated by a political system that sees only advantages to maintaining this low level internecine war that has been on going most of the last century and continuing now into the second decade of this one
