Easter time in Guyana is the best----but here in America---this is some bogus Christian country---you don't even know it's Easter----OK---the stock market is closed on Good Friday---but no Easter Monday holiday---maybe it's the damn weather---it's supposed to be spring but it's still cold---you can't enjoy kite flying in the cold.
ANYWAY EASTER IN GUYANA IS THE BEST.

That is such a beautiful picture. I remember going to NO.63 Beach to fly my kite for Easter. I miss those days.

I will be going to the kite flying contest organised by Ambassador Karran and the Guyanese Embassy here in Washington, DC. The buzz is great as quite a few hundreds are expected to attend. If any of you from the DC area are reading please check it out.
