Neil Gorsuch is one of the most highly qualified lawyers in the United States of America.  By earning a Marshall Scholarship, he has proven that he is also one of the best in the world in terms of academia.  He is not by any measure a hard core religious nut or a hard core anything for that matter.  Gorsuch comes from a family of outstanding lawyers.  Both his parents and grandparents were respected attorneys.

The Half Kenyan President and his protesters should know better than to start a smear campaign against a good man.  The Half Kenyan President and Neil Gorsuch are both graduates of Harvard Law School and he should be ashamed of disparaging his fellow alumnus.

The smooth transition of power that he promised in his farewell speech turned out to be a bogus.  The US has entered into an era of gutter politics fueled by lies and hatred that has never existed before.  Shame on Obama for allowing this to happen and remaining silent.

The Trump administration is 11 days old.  How do you draw that conclusion?

Every single day Obama's people are sitting in front of the President's building causing disruption to traffic and passers by.  Trump can send in the Feds and uproot them but the man has a country to run.  These people should go and find jobs and get off their welfare.  If they find work they won't have time to be protesting every day and spreading hatred and lies.

What lies are they spreading?

Seems you are spreading lies by saying Obama has disparaged Neil Gorsuch

She did her part, cutting her agency’s budget by 22 percent, curtailing research and enforcement activities and scaling back regulations on air and water pollution. (Carbon dioxide and climate change, the most contentious issues facing the EPA today, weren’t yet on anyone’s agenda.) She even attempted to relax limits, imposed in the 1970s, on lead additives to gasoline, regulations that are credited now with preventing the poisoning of large numbers of children. A New York Times editorial in 1983 said she had taken one of the most effective government agencies and left it  â€œreeking of cynicism, mismanagement and decay.”

She lasted less than two years in the job, brought down by a series of congressional investigations — the House was controlled by Democrats then — into her management of the Superfund program to clean up toxic-waste sites. She refused to comply with subpoenas on the grounds of executive privilege, and evidence suggested that key documents had been shredded. In the ensuing showdown, she was cited for contempt of Congress. Months later she resigned, thrown under the bus, she contended, by an administration that lacked the spine to defend her.

They drink the Trump Bottle Water and eating the Trump steaks, that's why they are brain washed.

The Dems are planning to block the nomination of the Supreme Court Justice.

This is what the Senate Minority Leader said earlier today,

"Judge Gorsuch has repeatedly sided with corporations over working people, demonstrated a hostility toward women’s rights, and most troubling, hewed to an ideological approach to jurisprudence that makes me skeptical that he can be a strong, independent Justice on the Court,” Schumer said in a statement."

Gorsuch has never showed hostility to women's rights nor is he a part of an ideology.  These are lies and hatred.  Obama is sitting silently and allowing defamation to take place.  He promised a smooth transition of power in his farewell speech, meanwhile protesters are on the street every day and he has not said a word to bring peace to allow a democratically elected President to do his job.

Why is he looking the other way?

It was a smooth transition, Trump wanted to start shit afterwards, now he facing tough times...you want Obama to help him??

Trump signed order to overturn Obama's signature policy, Obamacare...and you expect Obama to give him some support???

This is the new form of Democracy in America.  This is the peaceful transition of power that Obama talked about in his farewell speech.

"Chuck Schumer’s Brooklyn apartment along Prospect Park West has turned into a regular spot for anti-Trump protesters, but Tuesday night saw thousands descend on the senator’s home to pressure him to oppose President Donald Trump’s agenda and his cabinet picks. The “What the ***k, Chuck?” rally, as some demonstrators called it, started in Brooklyn Grand Army Plaza, near Prospect Park."

Gorsuch has to go through a nomination process and the rule of law will take its course.  He may or may not get confirmed.  Lies and hatred about him are a whole different story.

Transition over...now the people time to speak their minds...it's a free country...people got rights

The local politicians are looking for cheap political mileage.  Mayor DeBlasted is giving out permits to all these protesters and refusing to let the police arrest them when they are causing disruption.  He is up for re-election on November 7. Let's see how that plays out.

DeBlasio will be reelected

If people are not happy with the election results, there are ways to challenge it via the courts, etc.  But to constantly disrupt the transition by protesting in airports and the streets every day is not what American Democracy is all about.  For two hundred plus years, elections have been won and lost and there has been peaceful transition of power.  Let Democracy and the rule of law take its course.

Transition over, what planet yuh living on....

Do you know that Trump is the President?

The man already signed executive orders and gave a name for Supreme court, why are you still talking about transition?

People are not disrupting transition, they are protesting the decisions of the President

FM

The transition is not over until all cabinet members are in place.  How is protesting going to change the decisions of the President of the United States of America?  The President will be making decisions every day.  How long is this protesting expected to go on for?  He will not be running his country to please people on the streets who have nothing else to do with their time and their lives.
