PPP use to say that PNC rule caused people to want to leave Guyana.
Under the PPP, the problem got worse. Guyanese are in small, tiny islands with no resources working as neo-slaves. Even Indians go to black territories to work leaving their Indian-led govt behind. That's how the PPP has taken care of INDOS.
