Obama did not act on Israel as he did not want to hurt Hillary chances and put her in a spot. Now, as they say, "cow go slaughter house....." Another resolution might be coming Jan 15th floated by France and he will let it pass! Obama kicking Netanyahu in the teeth on his last days.
