Yes you simpleminded moron....Guyana is becoming hell holes in Africa because a Black man is at the helm. It was not Mumbai or New Delhi with the corrupt PPP laying waste our assets by their rapacious pillaging. It was not in their watch that we see the rise of a drug and gun culture.
