That's correct,were it not for the illegal Burnham 1980 Constitution which the PPP embrtaced dearly,they could not have been the ruling government.

It's ironic some folks castigate Burnham "the rigger of elections" and on the other hand worships the illegal document which was designed for a winner take all government.
