Maybe if Jagdeo were to join up with civic society and right thinking Guyanese and insist that a fair constitution be discussed and implemented BEFORE that election then we wouldn't have rigging.

Almost 40 years later the constitution, set up by a rigger, still exists and NEITHER of the two major parties (or their allies) are interested in removing it as leaders of BOTH parties love the fact that it protects the right of the president to be held above the law.
