They are pretty difficult. You need to understand how to fly it as well as know how to set-up and operate the camera. Anyone can try to fly and operate the camera, but if you don't know what you're doing, the result won't be very good. Also, in Canada, there is a lot of paperwork that needs to be done to fly commercially, that includes agricultural reasons and inspections. Insurance is also an issue.
