They certainly do. Flatbush Avenue is a heavenly GT for them. Nobody wants to back to mud water and dirt roads, especially our Afro brothers and sisters.
Looks like the 80 Percent of Afros staying back are making the correct decision in anticipation of a repeat of PNC part one. Very smart.
