Trump has to realize that he is not running a real estate company here. He, the Donald, cannot file for bankruptcy, stiff contractors, employ illegals, claim poor workmanship, keep court claims forever in court..etc. He is going to realize that being "the king of debt" is not what Americans really want to hear..except for the inbred rednecks. Maybe he might just get pissed off and take his marbles and go home.
