So if the PPP was so proactive why is it that oil production is only projected to start in 2020. Oil prices were higher so companies should have had more incentive to explore in the past.
Tell the truth Chavez chased away oil exploration vessels and it took a change of government and a more aggressive attitude towards Venezuela for a major company to invest major time and money to explore.
In addition Jagdeo is going on as if Janet Jagan owned the resources and that Guyanese ought to be grateful that she made them available. It is THIS attitude why Guyanese prefer to languish in places like the BVI and St Maarten instead of returning home.
