What you mean is that the PPP does not rule for the benefit of the working poor persistent poverty Indians.

The PPP is a party for the rich parasitic business and contractor class, the new bourgeoisie.

Under the PPP rogues, Indians are still locked out of the Public Service, police, teaching, everywhere. They have done nothing or very little to help the poor Indians.
