He didn't say that Caribbean blacks and American blacks should be treated different.

He didn't say that the Obama kids and an illiterate ghetto kid should be seen as different.

No he didn't get into the complexities of the black population.

He said black, because like you, and druggie, he defines blacks by the worst of the lot.
