Jagdeo and the PPP need to be pragmatic on this issue. They have said that Granger plans to appoint someone of his choice supposedly because of the unacceptability of the next list. Granger and Williams are holding to their position that the list must include a judge-like person. They should hae someone like that on their list. This will give them a majority on the elections commission.

One can review legislation plus the past lists of selections to note that it may have but it must not have a judge-like person nor a judge.
