About Saritha Rahman
Sarith rahman, A noted ghazal singer having inborn intuition from her parents Mr.Chavakkadrahman (late famoussinger,composer, and tablist),and Mrs.Abida rahman (Ganabhooshanam).
Completed B A Music from govt.college chittur under calicut university, also learns hindustani under usthad dinesh devdas ji from chattisgharh and now it is contineuing with dathathreyaji.
B-high grade artist in all india radio, completed more than 350 ghazal programmes. Shared stages with G.Venugopal, shahabas aman, Najmalbabu...etc Started performing from 2nd standard with her father's Rahman Music Club. Later concentrated in GHAZALS & MEHFILS.
At the age of 10 she could sung with famous play back singer P.JAYACHANDRAN in a mappila album ISHQ by rahman chavakkad.
Presented programmes in all most all channels in malayalam. Got the proud occasions to present their songs in two major book releases in malayalam about MIRZA GHALIB (K P A Samad/DC BOOKS) and LATA MANGESHKAR (lama! kochangadi /MATHRUBHOOMI)
Second winner in state level short story writing competition by MATHRUBHOOMI weekly for students. released an album"ORU VAAKKU PINNEYUM BAAKKI..." and published a collection of short stories "PAATTU VANDIYILE KATHA SANCHARANGAL"
