* Both the President and the PPP/Civic understand that in order for Guyana to rise to a higher plateau economically there is a dire need to build a new model---a new Guyana development model. And the goal of the President and the PPP is not only to build a new model but also to build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete.

* The PNC/AFC were clearly an impediment to growth and development in Guyana the past 3 years.

* Thankfully for Guyana and Guyanese, the PPP will win the 2015 election by a majority.

* THE NEW GUYANA DEVELOPMENT MODEL WILL THEN BE UNVEILED.
