RIP.

I will never forget this incident.

The GDF truck stopped in front of our home, The soldiers were kicking Jagan Ramessar and he was shouting "water, water" as they brutally kicked him while he groaned in pain.

No one can even imagine what this young man endure until his final moment.

The truck then continued towards Skeldon.

I just cannot get this out of my memory, I just cannot. It was July 1973 as all of our relatives huddled in fear at the sight of the GDF truck with soldiers armed to the teeth and the ballot boxes clearly visible in the back of the truck.

I just cannot get this image out of my mind.

RIP.
