When the PPP was in power, it was the PPP's fault every time there was a flood problem. You should go and read those threads, you will see what I am talking about.

You people do realize that in this particular case it's nature right? Anybody who blames either the PPP or PNC for this is a complete jackass. That area is part of the Amazon Basin if I am correct. Rapid and huge changes in water height are a fact of life. Nothing can be done to change that cycle except to help the PEOPLE now.
