I am better a year later...not where I want to be, but the numbers look fine...just need to watch the diabetes

keep the belly fat down. We can still link up on a fitness app and workout together. I am up at 5 and I take a 3 mile walk. You can do it with me if you care. I walk about a 17 to 20 min like pace. Let me know

That up at 5 is a bit tough...what fitness app would you suggest?

Mapmyride. It is a good app that works on android and Iphone and can sync with fitbit among others. It gives a calorie count, a speed count, distant count, heart monitor ( good especially if you do strenuous things like mountain biking and need to be warned if in the red zone) etc. It works with biking, running walking.  It can track your friends and do collaborative events ie a race, or a distance target etc. Also tells how high you climb when walking running or biking.
