Hope you feel better a year later. We are all getting too old to do what we usually do with the same fervor I was doing some downhilling on a technical trail a few months back and my fork broke after a jump and the bike handle bar went into my stomach resulting in an umbilical hernia. That generated in lots of tests with my blood pressure deemed too high in the process so I am on a low sodium and minimum carb diet. For a vegetarian that is not too nice. Not much to eat.
