Fiscal irresponsibility should not be allowed by oversight boards nor by a majority opposition. The problem is that the opposition were more focused in slinging mud at Jagdeo rather than looking at financial statements.
You are not prattling nonsense. Many of these entities never submitted financial statements per their responsibility to the Assembly. Every time NICIL was asked it was working on it. He has been working on it for 10 years. No one knows what the PPP were doing with the sugar industry. Further, it absorbed monies from elsewhere with no trail. When Brazzington was asked where is the 7 million Iffart is supposed to pay for his land...he said he used it in in aid to the sugar industry. The opposition objected to many issues in the budget because they were simply not detailed. The PPP did not care and never had to account to any one prior to 2011.
