Blacks cannot for the rest of their lives complain about the white man enslaving them. Some choose to live in an endless life cycle of poverty. Why is it so many other races who choose to migrate do well in other countries?

Help them with a hand up and not constant hand outs. Sometimes it takes pride to put your shoulders to the wheel and do menial jobs to get a good start.
