Third term and serving three consecutive terms are quite different.

Three consecutive terms is quite explicit.

Third or three terms can mean three alternate terms or two consecutive terms plus another term at a later time.

The constitution is quite clear that a person can serve no more than two consecutive terms.

There does not seem to be a provision in the constitution to prohibit a person from serving another term with a distinct separation from the two-term stipulation.
