That means that there is a one in twenty chance that the other nineteen events will be wrong.
The last US elections show that the one in twenty change did occur; hence a great surprise.
Also, there are pending issues on possible interference by foreign powers that may have effects on the current outcome.
One thing is indeed correct ... polls indeed mean little or nothing since the votes actually cast at an election is the only result that counts.
