Incorrect, as per the Guyana Constitution.

ONLY when the Opposition Leader DOES NOT submit a list, then the president has absolute authority to appoint someone.

The constitution says that the list has to include people REASONABLE to the president.  if SUCH list doesn't not meet this standard then the president can do as he wishes.

Now you know full well that if the PNC had submitted a list consisting only of black hard core PNCites there is NO WAY that Jagdeo would have accepted this.

So continue fooling yourself or being fooled by FreeDUMB House!
