I know that your renewed tribal loyalties forces you to agree with all actions of the PPP. But the constitution specifically states that if the list is not one considered reasonable by the president that the president can then make his own selection. 

Jagdeo had no interest in selecting any black person nominated by Hoyte and so ensured that he had an escape clause to allow him to make his own selection in this event.  This is why Hoyte ensured that among his list were Indians who the PPP would feel comfortable with.

It is noted that the PPP only selected Indians, but as you prove an Indian is an Indian who can only be an Indian so in a nation divided by ethnic insecurity you think it perfectly normal that only an Indian need be selected.  Even you admitted that the only reasonable people on the list were one or two Indians.
