It is unlawful to steal.  It is unlawful to be corrupt.   If PPP officials were corrupt then they broke the law.

So yes the government can seize assets that were unlawfully acquired through corruption.

Now I know that Anil as a Jagdeo disciple doesn't understand that corruption was always against the law but that is what it is.

So far zero PPP jailed for corruption or stealing. We are still waiting. What is the hold up? No smoking gun found? What a waste of tax payers dollars with forensic audits that yeilded zero PPP bandits.
