Indeed there will be oil and some twenty five to fifty billion dollars coming into the state...more than was spent by all governments in all of its existence so the landscape will change. There will be fat cats and crooks and waste and graft and all the assortment of ills that comes with such vast wealth. In the hands of the PPP or the APNU, similar mis-appropriations will occur. As it is now, the PPP and by inference the indian population has a lot of mourning to do.
