OFFICIAL: Ranveer Singh To Play Kapil Dev In Kabir Khan’s Sports-Based Film

Amongst the many movies that have been slated to release starring Ranveer Singh, the Kapil Dev biopic is set to be released in 2019. Based on the life of legendary Kapil Dev and the iconic World Cup win of the Indian Cricket Team in 1983, the movie will star Ranveer Singh in the lead. So far, no other cast members have been confirmed. It will be co – produced by Phantom Films and Vishu Vardhan Indurim, the founder and Managing Director of the Celebrity Cricket League (CCL). The movie will star rolling mid 2018, with the movie hitting the theatres on 9^th April 2019.
