Now I understand the PPPs angst. They had 23 years to change Burnham's constitution and did NOTHING. Now this same constitution is being used against them they cry and wail.

For the umpteen times ...

1. It requires as a minimum of at least two-thirds of the MPs to support these major changes to the constitution.

2. Burnham implemented the conditions when he miraculously obtained more than two-thirds of the MPs in parliament.

3. And again, the PPP/C and the PNCR/AFC has 32 and 33 representatives.
