The alliance has a better foundation to build on, than what the PPP inherited in 1992. In 1964, Burnham also inherited a great foundation, but he and the PNC destroyed it because they didn't what to do. They stole the PPP's development plans but didn't know how to implement them. Again the dirty Indos in the alliance are proposing Jagdeo's development plans and that is why they want the PPP to join them in a national unity government to implement the Plans.
