Prisoners have rights in Guyana to complain about treatment and poor drainage? Who is their human rights activist? I know Mark Benschop was protecting criminals during the PPP time, but I don't see the same now from Mark Benschop or any other taking up the human rights mantle under Granger's coalition government. This is strange, isn't it?
